I made it 8.3 miles before having to shut it down for the night. I haven’t been able to take on any food and hardly any fluids for 32 hours and it’s just too dangerous with health risks. So I need to find a way to get some fluids down and take care of myself and be ready to go again asap. I am VERY lonely at this point internally because I know I have a huge army behind me. The “you can do its” don’t work at this time. I’m a tough SOB and if my body says stop for a break I have to listen to it. I have to assess what the medical issue is, and the doctors here say to shut it down for now. If I need to rest for a day and then come back I will. For now I just need to get healthy. I’m doing all I can. - J
