I got an email today from a son, asking me to visit his very sick mother. Juliette has esophageal cancer and just weeks to live, and the son couldn’t be there with her today because he was in surgery. I noticed the nursing home she was at wasn’t too far from my home so I took off right away with some flowers and surprised her. She was so happy to have someone there with her, we laughed, hugged, I did a little performance for her, we FaceTimed family members together and after I left, I even stopped by to see some of her other family members who were fans, and so kind. This visit was very emotional for me but so heartwarming and I’m very happy I found some time today to make this special trip.
