We've made it our mission to reduce the stigma surrounding this once taboo topic, and to state unapologetically that: MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS. It is hard to be human, and every day is an ebb and flow along our own journey. Mix in the need for community—to both lean into and offer support of—and things become even more complicated.

The simple answer is, that none of us will ever have a one size fits all approach. So share grace with others, and grace towards yourself. What we feed our brains is critical to our well being. Start with fostering positive relationships, reaching for healthy foods, hydrating a ton, soaking in vitamin D, prioritizing movement, consuming valuable content, ditching the comparison game, and speaking kindly to yourself. Your mental health is the starting point for all of your wellbeing. Show up for your mind, and allow the rest to follow in line.
