When Jailyn received $100 from our Golden Envelope, she immediately thought about helping children in need. She reached out to Joyce, the director of the Hudson Community Food Pantry, and learned they were putting together Easter baskets for local kids—especially teens, who are often overlooked.
Jailyn shared her mission with her friends Colin, Annaliese, Max, and Sam, who she had attended a Recycled Percussion show with her family and community. Together, they raised an additional $300.
With $400 total, the group went shopping and filled baskets with thoughtful gifts for teens. Today, they proudly delivered everything to Joyce and her team.

This is what happens when community meets compassion.
