This design is part of our 25 Shirts | 25 Stories | 1 Epic Week Project. For five days, Ryan is living inside one of our print shops, and collaborating with 25 incredible people to transform their stories into wearable art. From the first conversation to the final print, each shirt captures a moment that deserves to be remembered — this is one of them.

Through her work alongside Gold Star families, she’s seen firsthand the lasting impact of service and sacrifice, and she believes those who gave everything should never be forgotten. Her message is simple, powerful, and one we can all live by: “Freedom isn’t free… but kindness is.” It’s a reminder that while we can never repay the cost of freedom, we can choose gratitude, compassion, and kindness every single day.
