With $100 from our Golden Envelope, Aasir walked into a local floral shop on a mission: to bring joy to the women who’ve shaped his life. He surprised his great grandmother—who’s been sick and mostly homebound—with a bouquet of her favorite flowers. Then he brought roses to his grandmother, just to brighten her day. And he didn’t stop there. He also delivered flowers to a close friend from their congregation who’s been unable to get around lately.

It was simple. It was heartfelt. And it was powerful.
